Program Overview

MQA/PA 9125

Our Diploma in Administrative Management is created to produce graduates with hands-on skills to enhance their career as administrative professional. The programme enables graduates to master and apply theories, concepts and ideas in the field of administrative management and develop competencies to analyse critically and to apply knowledge from various sources in order to enhance knowledge through self-directed learning. Upon completion, graduates can embark on a career path as administrative personnel in business as well as non-business oriented organisations or pursue advanced academic qualification in a wide range of degree programmes.

Program Objectives

  • Produce graduates who are able to master and apply theories, principles, concepts and ideas in the field of administrative management.
  • Prepare graduates who are able to analyze critically and be able to apply the knowledge from various sources in order to enhance knowledge through self-directed learning;
  • Produce graduates who have expertise in the management of administrative, professional ethics, effective, skilled, and have good communication and critical thinking.
  • Equip graduates with additional courses to enable students to focus on specific areas.

Entry Requirements

  • A pass in SPM or its equivalent with a minimum of 3 credits.
  • A pass in Sijil Tinggi Persekolahan Malaysia (STPM) or its equivalent, with a minimum of Grade C (GP 2.0) in any subject.
  • A pass in Sijil Tinggi Agama Malaysia (STAM) with a minimum grade of Maqbul.
  • A pass in SKM Level 3 in a related field and a pass in SPM with a minimum of 1 credit in any subject.
  • Other qualifications that are equivalent and acknowledged by the Malaysian Government (including entry through APEL).

Program Duration

  • Full-Time: Studies duration is for 2 ½ Year (7 Semester includes Industrial Training / Project Paper)
  • Part-Time: Studies duration is for 4 Year

Accommodation second year prepared with rental rate fixed by iCOOP College.
